International photographer, Joe H wants to be healthy and live a healthy life without sacrificing his current lifestyle.
Joe heard me say: “abs are made in the kitchen” so Joe and I are working together to figure out his process to having a fit and healthy body even though his job and lifestyle are not providing him consistency on a day by day basis.
My goal at figureFIT is to help others build a process that can eventually become easy.
One of my top clients told me that people need this broken down so that they can understand this from the level at which they’re currently living. How to build a process that works for them, based on where they are.
What is your goal?
Nutrition? Understanding what your daily nutrition needs to be?
Weight loss? Do you have body-fat to lose?
My first step with Joe was to get him on the right nutrition plan in order to get him knowledgeable in what he can and can’t eat when. In doing so, Joe lost 10lbs in the first three weeks.
My second step was to help Joe with the lifestyle road-blocks that get in the way of his goal. For example, clients that want to feed him bad unhealthy foods. What can he do in those times?
