My name is Liz Nierzwicki, I used to look like this.

I was always "thick" and was told, "we Norwegian/German girls are just bigger."

I was sure that didn't have to be my fate.

All I wanted was to be thin yet have a nice toned physique like the beautiful Baywatch babes, but no matter how hard I tried, I remained the same.

I had a few things going against me: bad overeating habits, chronic digestive issues, and lack of knowledge as to how to get that body.

Funnily enough, most of my friends were all pom girls or cheerleaders who were absolutely SKINNY and gorgeous. I'm talking beautiful lean legs and not belly roll-over.

Throughout college, I watched my friends share each other's clothes, eat whatever they want, hardly workout and never gain weight. I would eat the exact same foods and do the same workouts as my friends based but, I was always the one who larger and "always on a diet."

It wasn’t until I was out of college that I realized that us “thicker” girls need to train differently than everyone else.

What works for those naturally skinny girls doesn’t work for us. We need to train smarter and much more strategically.

Once I discovered the keys for how “thicker” girls to get really lean, I was able to lose the unwanted fluff on my belly and thighs within 6 months without dieting, without spending crazy amounts of money and doing just a couple of hard, intense workouts each week.

Following this new program changed my life forever because not only did I finally get lean, I got healthy too. My digestive issues were gone. And ever since my initial transformation, my goal has been to help as many thick girls as possible to lose the fat, get lean and reveal their inner Goddess.
