As a teacher of teachers and celebrated yoga teacher, Liz is an international bestselling author known for her ease of communicating the science of the body with ease and humor, as well as a wonderful ability to weave into her teaching a deeper message that empowers her students to, “Live Aligned,” which takes them beyond the body into a more soulful aligned state of being uniting body, mind and soul. The Indiana native graduated from Indiana University with a with a triple degree in Business, Nutrition Science and Psychology and worked in the corporate world for 9 years before deciding to open her own yoga studio. This small decision was a catalyst to millions of lives being changed via her yoga studio and online programs.

Liz has been serving the yoga community since 2010 after opening Solace Yoga Studio and is an expert yoga teacher with over 5,000 hours of yoga teaching experience. In 2013, she took her passion for teaching and developed a yoga teacher training curriculum, accredited by the National Yoga Alliance offering a nationally recognized certification to anyone who graduates from Solace Yoga School. Liz and her expert teacher staff lead 1-2 yoga certification programs annually.

Most of the people who come to me say they want to try yoga yet they’re nervous to try it because they don’t think they’ll be able to do it, or they think it will be boring, or they have a try misunderstanding of what yoga really is.
